The Bulgarian Builder Association was established on May 8, 2008, in Sofia. It was initiated by the Bulgarian Construction Chamber (BCC), official representative of the construction branch in Bulgaria,  and six major Bulgarian construction companies.

The common goal of Glavbolgarstroy AD, Enemona AD, Midia AD, Promishleno Stroitelstvo Holding EAD, Trace Group Hold AD and Patishta Holding AD – construction companies of diverse specialization, is to fulfill their ambition to return to a challenging market of numerous opportunities – the Russian market.

The mission of the Association is to monitor the construction market of the Russian Federation, to assist the negotiating, organizing and implementation of construction projects of various types and purpose.

The main objective of the Bulgarian Builder Association is to examine the opportunities and assist Bulgarian companies from the construction and other relevant industries to apply for and participate in the Federal Program for the Implementation of Projects for the Preparation for the ХХІІ Winter Olympics and the ХІ Winter Para-Olympic Games, in 2014, as well as in the development of the city of Sochi as a mountain resort of beautiful climate and nature.
